Glad to see that the Episode One commentary went over so well. We recorded three episodes at the same time, so now, here’s the bright shiny new Episode Two commentary for your listening enjoyment.

Once again, we offer a countdown at the beginning to help you know when to start the episode. I can’t imagine it makes much sense unless you’re watching the episode simultaneously. Personally, I think we did a better job on this one than on the first. Hopefully you guys enjoy it, too.

In other news, now that we’ve had some time to kind of chill and get our thoughts together, we’re moving into pre-production for some of the other properties that we’ve recently mentioned. Over the next couple of weeks you guys should be hearing a lot more about G.R.I.E.F. and Web Zeroes.

Also, if you haven’t seen The Dark Knight yet, go do it. I publicly declare that my man-crush on Christian Bale has only been strengthened in light of its release. And, in order to save my manhood after that statement, I shall add: Dude. Bra.

Well, not entirely. Unfortunately, we ran into some snags when trying to finish out the remainder of episode two, so don’t expect it until tomorrow (Wednesday). The funny thing about editing something like this is that the last 5 percent of it (tweaking audio levels, making the cuts tighter, throwing in transitions and music between scenes, chopping up dialogue, etc) takes just as long to finish or longer than the first 95 percent. Believe me, no one’s more bummed about the delay than we are, but the episode should be all the better for it.

Also, I’ll take this opportunity to tell you that the site will be more content-heavy between the release of episodes two and three. There will definitely be some fun stuff for you guys to check out (maybe even a video) while you guys wait.

Well, we’ve gone for a weekend without updating, but we figured it would be worth it to tell you that we’ve been hard at work on Episode Two. So hard, in fact, that it should (barring no catastrophes) be released tomorrow! Check back here bright and early, and Episode Two: Dirty Deeds should be waiting for your happy perusal. Happy waiting.

A brief update on Episode Two: Dirty Deeds…

Last night, we filmed probably our most complicated scene we’ve filmed yet, which requires all 8 characters. The scene’s not super complicated per se, it’s just that there aren’t 8 of us. Lots of manipulation of bots, patience, and bottling up of curses is needed, but we got it done. Also, for some reason, Nick’s “camera” computer decided it didn’t like component signals, so that set us back for awhile. But now, all is ok. So far, the episode is coming along quite well, and we’ll know this weekend exactly when it’s going to be ready.

You should know, though, that we plan to release it at some point next week.

No, not us. These here guys. Here’s a little screenshot from Episode Two: Dirty Deeds. As of now, things are actually slightly ahead of schedule, and we are working on it quite diligently, though we did give ourselves a small break after the completion of Episode One.

We’ll let you know more about when you should expect it when we’re closer to completion.

I promised a treat for everyone that continued to check our website. And that treat is now.

One of our goals for The Leet World is to be a site that is constantly delivering content. Sometimes that will be just through updating our blog, but we think that’s a little boring. I’m talking about things like screenshots, behind-the-scenes footage, special videos, and even audio outtakes, which is what I’m posting right now.

Now, as I said before, this is just a nice little treat for you guys- it probably won’t happen every episode. But, rest assured, if you come check this page out a couple of times a week, you’ll always have something to look forward to.

So, if it tickles your fancy (and if it tickles anything else I don’t want to know), check out our Episode One audio outtakes:

If you’re here for the first episode, scroll down just a tad, or go check it out at the episodes page. Just a quick update that the high definition download is up and running, and the 640 x 360 quicktime has been updated so that it looks a little smoother. It seems that most people are downloading either the flash or the smaller quicktime one anyway, so it’s all good, though we’d recommend checking out the 1280 x 720 version, as that’s how the show was originally filmed. Seriously, I didn’t realize Source could look so good once we got filming.

Also, it would be way sweet if you went and voted for us on both spikedhumor.com and metacafe.com. We should be up on machinima.com at some point, as well as gwchannel.tv (which is a very awesome CS video website).

Keep spreading the word, and if you check back here in the next couple of days, there could be a fun treat waiting (no, not episode 2, we are merely men). Episode 2 is being worked on, and should hopefully be up in about 2-3 weeks. Don’t quote me on that, though. For reals. I’ll sue.
