Right on schedule, here’s Episode 4 of Web Zeroes, Flickcharted Territory. In this episode, Alex takes his lessons from Bobby King and attempts to gain leverage over Nate and Ray. This is one of the two episodes that we knocked out over Labor Day weekend with Jace and Jeff in town, the second being Episode 5. Personally, I think it’s perhaps the best yet. We’ll see if you agree.

Another week has passed, so that means a new episode of Web Zeroes has arrived. Episode 3, Snark-O-Matic, has the trio of Web wannabes trying to convert a snarky forum into a popular Internet blog. As is to be expected, the whole thing turns into crap. This episode was penned by JJ, our lovable Web master and the writer of other fine Smooth Few Films productions such as Season 2, Episode 10 of The Leet World.

Lots of thanks to all of you guys who have stuck around for Web Zeroes and all future projects. Seriously, we have feelings of less than threes for you animals. That is the opposite of “duns” or “h8s”. Do us a favor and help us out by spreading the word about this show as much as possible. It would make Nick happy. And as we all know, a happy yeti makes for a happy crew.

The Abominable Snow Beard

Look at that. This is a first for Smooth Few Films, probably. Two episodes of content, two weeks in a row. So this is what it feels like to be on time for something.

Anywho, the newest addition of Web Zeroes is now up for your enjoyment. In Episode 2, Ray convinces Nate to let him film a documentary about his day job, where he moonlights as a tech support specialist named the Tech Yeti. Yes, there are beards involved. Also, handsome brown men.

A few people have asked about “Bobby King”, who does the commercial breaks. He is, in fact, Ty, who voiced Mendoza and Asher for The Leet World. Look forward to seeing more of him in Web Zeroes. A good bit more, actually.

Over the next week, I’m hoping to finally get to some Leet World content that I’ve been sitting on for awhile now. Mainly, some outtakes from the later episodes of Season 2, so be sure to check back here for updates on that.

But for now, watch the episode, comment and enjoy! As for me, I’m about to get my Uncharted 2 on.

In Preparation…

The soundtrack will be hitting any day now, and very suddenly when it does. To be honest, we’re not even sure exactly when it’ll drop, but as soon as we pass that magical “completed” barrier, we’ll know.

If you’re planning on buying the album (or just a few songs), there is something you can do to get ready- make sure you have a PayPal account. That makes the process super fast, but if not, once you go through the order process, there will be a way to pay for it with just a credit card.

I know people will have lots of suggestions about ways that you would like us to sell it, which is all fine and dandy. However, before we explore other avenues of release (iTunes, CDBaby, etc), we need to make sure that we’ve got one method that works and works well, so that we can better serve you dudes in the future. There will be other ways to buy the album eventually, as soon as they’re ready.

In other news, filming commenced last night on Season 2, as well as the technical issues we were having. However, the culprit has been found (my noobishness), and we should be back on track when we keep filming tomorrow. Pretty weird being back in the saddle. My butt is not quite as calloused to TLW’s ferocious ways, but soon, soon that mare will be tamed.

EDIT: By the way, the album is priced at $8.50, if you buy the whole thing in full all at once. That nets you 10 songs plus 3 bonus tracks. If you buy each song individually, you’ll spend $1 each.
