Red vs Blue is a story set in Halo about a Red and a Blue team living together on a Halo map. The short story seen in this video is not about that.

Leet World is more well put together than RvB. My biggest wish is for the Leet World to pick up and for people to know about it. and also for RvB to come back.

I don’t see why people are saying this isn’t similar to Red vs. Blue. I never even saw Red vs Blue before I read this, but I just watched this and a few Red vs. Blue episodes and they ARE a lot alike.
Someone made a comment about animation style being similar, but sadly the angles and the shots and the way they try to simulate talking is very similar. Since it is using the same game and the animations in that game are limited, most of that is to be expected.
Anyway I thought this was more entertaining just because the voices were more contrasting.
Besides all of that though they are all funny, but I liked the brevity and the poking fun at xbox live achievements which we’ve all come to know and love.

Technically your right and wrong, CQB is correct, but what he means is Orbital Drop Shock Trooper. It’s Helmets worn by the Marines that arrive by HEV. Apparently it’s a Halo reference.

And seriously, all the guys who keep saying it’s like RvB, what is the basis of that claim? Someone pointed out that the camera angles and ‘talking heads’ style is similar but that’s really where it ends. (Unless you count the fact that it’s done on Halo3…) The guys at Rooster Teeth use their specific characters for videos -this one doesn’t. It’s just a bunch of random Halo players.
Further more the only vidoes I’ve seen RT do for RvB which don’t add to the plot of the main RvB storyline some how are their PSAs, which take a very different tone from the Halo shorts The Leet World’s been doing. (Unless the Sponsor videos do… in which case I plead ‘poor student’.)
Any similarities in humour style also cannot be attributed as RvB property either… Such arrogance of the fan!
Hoefully this stops all those strange claims this is a Red VS Blue rip-off. On the other hand, looking at the kind of comments said posters have been making, they probably don’t read ealier posts… *sigh* You can’t beat the… ya know.
