Det. Dawson, Case File No. 14113
Status: Investigation is still in limbo. Have attempted contact with Noonien Corp. on multiple occasions and so far, nothing. Did a drive-by on an old facility but it looked deserted. The letter (Exhibit G) mentioned a relocation, but a whole company doesn’t just up and disappear. I’ve requested to look into this further, but the Captain says to drop it. Perhaps I will pursue this avenue on my own.
Motive: Hard to say. If it’s a kidnapping, what’s the ransom? Loved ones of Sizlewski have not been contacted with any demands. A hit of some kind? Possible, but searches of the surrounding area have so far yielded no clues.
Exhibit D:
Several bullet holes found in the bathroom wall from a Colt M4A1, which was also left on scene. Bullets pried from the wall have partial prints, and several full prints are left on the gun. Forensics said the weapon was fired at a distance of only a few feet away.
Currently running the prints. Should have a match soon.

First of all, take a look at the m4a1 in the crime scene. It is, in fact, silenced. This means that anyone with tactical experience could have used it. If someone wanted to barge into sizzler’s crib, it would be with a silenced weapon, not an AWP, or an AK47, you wouldn’t want the neighbors to hear anything.
Also, look at the amount of bullets left on the bathroom wall. Ten, just like Exhibit E.
For further analysis, I think we need a schematic of Adam’s apartment.
obviously cortez planted westies m4 at the scene, and sizzler is being held by the T’s in the stable near the leet world house.

2º maybe the blind explains that some many shoots were missed.
3º in ep.8 cortez uses westhy’s m4… but he doesnt use silent i think… and i dont think cortez would use it…

at this point i think its more probable that cortez did it, then westhy.

Why would Player (I’m guessing that’s who you mean by ‘palyer’) want to kill Sizzler and what makes you think Sizzler is dead in the first place?

I dont know. The shot through the window in the living room coulda come from the outside. Possible multiple shooters? But then there would be a round in the floor. Unless that shot hit its mark and there was no exit. Unlike the ones on the wall where there is no blood spray on any wall in either direction, just the floor.
I’m assuming westy doesnt wear gloves and wouldnt hav prints left just like what loldetective said. The only obvious ways to bring him in the circle are: his M4, His training, his motives, and the fact that he wears gloves. However, it seems obvious that it wouldnt be a one man job so that either puts him and his team in the circle or leaves them out. Also, knowing the caliber of the bullets used would be helpful.

The producer is working against the CT’s. That removal letter wasn’t anything new. Someone said it didn’t sound right before. It’s a pretty standard “Later, we don’t need you” letter with a few minor changes. Like the company moving. But the whole “family” part is pretty standard.
Also, why would the gun be pointing up? If they were trying to get rid of it, you would think they would make it pointing down.
Or it could be like Hot Fuzz and they just wanted him dead because of his acting.

See, I’m wondering about this scenario. I mean a gun like that has a center of gravity, and leaning like that in the toilet, the gun would have to have been deliberately placed. If I were in a gunfight, I wouldn’t dump my best weapon unless I had no more ammo for it and it was just slowing me down. Why leave a perfectly good weapon behind like that?
Plus, there are no bodies, no blood smears to indicate body drags, just blood splatters and bullet holes.
And where are the shell casings?
One possibility is that Sizlewski faked his own attack. With some determination, he could bleed out enough blood (a few milliliters would be enough to make those splatter marks), fire his gun a few times, and run for it. It’s possible that may be why the gun was dumped…too hard to conceal. Maybe he has a pistol as well.
Another is that there was a gun battle, and maybe someone got captured. That would explain the lack of bodies.
I guess we could wait for the fingerprint matches, but there’s a possibility that someone, like Westheimer, could be framed. If I were a CT, I’d have clips already loaded and ready for use. Even Leeroy’s security system can be breached. All they need is one clip.

O yeah and just to add, do we know that sizzler is the victim, is it not possible that he got the letter and some thugs came to kill him but he won the battle? He could have been injured in the battle which is why there is blood.

Westy: C’mon, people! He’s not the type of guy to shoot first ask questions later! He would arrest Sizzler as soon as he saw him. And if it was in self-defense, then that would be a losing battle for Westy, since Sizzler would be on hax himself (think, drug-dealer with drugs.)
Cortez: Does he even know who Sizzler is…?
Ahmad: Please… he can’t remember anything because the hax screwed with his brain so much, giving him tourettes and everything…

I’m guessing that someone wants Sizzler gone (such as Cortez, no one keeps the truth from him and he has a score to settle Sizzler) Cortez, being the badass that he is, burst in guns blazing, and captured sizzler. Not wanting anyone on his trail he planted a m4, most likly to lead the trail to Westy. However there is gunshots in that window, in the lougneroom and in the bathroom. Sizzler must of not been alone (lets says 3 extra guys for the hell of it). As badass as Cortez is I dont think he could manage a 4 v 1 firefight so im guessing the T’s came with him. This theory is flawed as I dont see what the other T’s get out of this so why would they come and Cortez would probably fly solo on a mission like this. My guess it was cortez after sizzler and planted m4 to frame westy. Too much un-answered for such as the bullethole in window, the multiple bullet casings from a m4 and a pistol in multiple rooms, the lack of shells laying around among other things…
for what we know the guy somewhere above me could be right when he said sizzler could of faked it to get away! i wouldnt put something that sneaky past smooth few! There a clever bunch, they are!

I’m guessing that whatever it is, it’s not what we think it is. That’s just how TLW works. It’s so off the wall you wouldn’t have guessed it. Kind of how CSI makes you think it was the Husband, but it was really his daughter.. you know?
Now here’s my idea:
Cortez’s motive at this point is to get westy for what he did. If he was going to take the cheap way out and frame him for a crime he committed, he would have killed Adam and left his body there. Because he took a hostage, I’m assuming the person responsible is wanting information.
Frankly I think this was all set up by the producer — all of it. I don’t think Adam is really in danger.. I mean come on .. what kind of guy like him would live in an apartment that dumpy? This could just be the producers way of getting things in the show interesting again.
When the results come back, there’s going to be someone we knows fingerprints on them, and if it’s a ct, they’re going to go after the t’s to get justice, that’s how they work. Even if the t’s really didn’t do it. (Wouldn’t be the FIRST time the t’s/Cortez has been framed by the ct’s)
This isn’t cortez’s doing.. unless Adam has something that can help him get Westy, and Westy wouldn’t do this at all.. he’s not a ‘bad guy’.

psico, you are prbably not english so here we go.
Being framed, means that the scene crime, had clues that lead to a person that didnt commit the crime, but we can only say he was framed, when those clues where put there on PURPOSE….
In this case, everybody(includin me) belives that the guy who did the crime, left there an m4 ( the weapon westhy normaly uses) so that when people see the m4, they think westhy did it…
Thats why we say he is being “framed”…kinda like “screwed” you know what i mean =P ?

If multiple people were there with sizzler then how come there is only blood from one person (sizzler) i find it hard to believe they could be taken down without blood getting everywhere. If there is no blood near the bullet holes then they must have either missed or shot in the wall for no reason. or at least i dont know the reason

Good point but still its the closest to westy’s gun we have. I rest my case on Westy getting framed. I wont post anymore comments for this part of the case and now we just have to wait for the prints hope they arent long.

Sheesh, im such a geek i even enjoyed reading these comments about different types m4 guns in cs:s.
I think the ‘subject’ the scientist guy was talking about at the end of season 1 was Westy, and I think Westy is being mind controlled by that scientist guy to kill people DEAD!
I dont think the T’s or CT’s did anything much, westy isnt that kind of guy who opens the door and starts shooting, and cortez is blind so i dont think he would even be able to find the apartment, and ahamad is too much of a noob to even use a payphone.
I think that the noonion corp sent one of their own to kill him becuase he got fired or something like that and they didnt want anyone to know about them. But maybe one of sizzler’s friends stashed a gun in the letter to help adam defend himself. Then the guy came to adams house tryed to kill adam but the guy injured adam and placed an m4 in the toilet to frame westy, who might be someone who dosent like westy.
I don’t know if this has been posted yet but… I don’t really want to say Westheimer did it 100% but in the finale episode 3, the Producer says “I never doubted you Westheimer, I knew you would win… It just shows everyone that you are the best leader in the world.” and then Westheimer says “Oh… Wow, yeah, your right about that!”. Maybe he starts to listen to the Producer more and does a ‘job’ for him to either help Adam Sizzler stop being hit on but theres the point that he doesn’t know who or why Ahmad got into the hax. So theres my oppinion from this time… I hope it made sense. 😡
My guess is that neither Whesty or Cortez did it. SFF want us to think that! IT’S ALL A MIND GAME I TELL YOU!!!!!! The obvious reason was that you would think Whesty did it is because he uses an M4 and he remembers his past pupil through Ahmad. In ep 11 (or 12 i think) he was unsure whether or not to ‘let it go’ (Ahmad that is) and he wants to take revenge on Sizlewski. Cortez wants revenge for Ahmads sake. Also it gives us the Ts a reason to return. But neither of them would miss. Cortez is too badass and Whasty is too good at seeing. And he’s quite badass. Also, i’m guessing that it’ll take on the whole Law and Order idea with a detective hunting the killer who’s releated to TLW cast members.

But don’t the casings disappear quickly? Because.. I really don’t remember them.. lol. probably was a pain in the bum to get casings in there.. plus takes extra thought because you have to then decide where the shooter was actually standing when he/she shot. I dunno.. my idea of it is — think into it, but not too far into it, CS:S does have many limitations. :))

i didnt realize there was only sizzlers blood in the apartment. I must of overlooked that when reading all the evidnece, theres so many possibilites that i forgot some facts. Who knows maybe they did randomly shoot to make it look like there was more in the room or to make it look like the shooter was shit like ahamad… whats your theory?
My theory is that there was a long fight in the house that took place in multiple location. In the challenges they missed a lot before getting a kill. Since it did not mention a large pool of blood or a smear im guessing that sizzler survived the attack. but how did he survive without killing the attacker?
maybe he hit the attacker in the head while in the bathroom and the attacker last reflex was to shoot his gun but it just hit the wall then sizzler just thew the gun in the toilet and ran before someone else could come.
