The Season Premiere

AvatarHere is Episode 14 of Web Zeroes, and the start of Season 2, Going Viral. In it, we find out the fate of Ray and the guys, and what is next on the docket in their attempts to be Web famous. It might involve something you all are familiar with. Or not. Plus, there are Avatar jokes.

Whereas last season took a few episodes to launch us into the story proper, we’re getting things going right off the bat this time around. And it only gets more ridiculous from there. Also, I’d like to point out that a couple of cast members appear shirtless and/or pantless in this kick-off, so yeah, it’s a party. Take off your pants too, if you want. We’re not here to judge. Well, maybe I am.

Special thanks to RoosterTeeth for appearing in our goofy show again. And much thanks to Jace and Alex for wrangling the music and sound over the weekend. They are wranglers of the finest sort, and they also work for free, so that’s cool.

    Brilliant!

That was a ship-shape episode! Timing, angles, dialogue – all dead on!

You guys have really got this down 🙂

I vote for best episode to date of WZ! Who’s with me!?

I got some lulz from Daniel’s ad.
The missing pants. Bringing back an old TLW joke I see.
    Nate’s disappearing acts was awesome.
So, what’s the deal with the podcasts?

    Starwars Kid jokes? Slow pass.

Nah, funny episode though. I love the new camera, everything looks so… official! I mean, even more official than last season. Also the jokes are into full swing of awesomeness now, as well as the advertisements. Daniel’s smile after it showed the picture of the cat was the best thing I’ve seen all week. Seriously guys, I think you’ve really hit it home this time. Cheers 😀

I’m the opposite end of the spectrum form Grif. I loved the transitions and I thought they tied the show together really nicely. I find myself appreciating the little musical touches and songs, especially the theme, way more than I did in TLW. So my question would be, are we going to get a Web Zeroes soundtrack?

I tend to lurk, but I just had to create an account to comment on this episode.

Excellent work, guys! This episode made me laugh more than any other episode in the series. Everything just seemed flawless. I can’t wait to see more!

This episode was just packed with great jokes, references, and meta humor. I especially liked the Avatar, Kanye West, and Chad Warden jokes, as well as the Godaddy spot. Good job guys, my Wednesdays have not been the same without you.

    BAAAALLLLIIIN!!!

The first thing I noticed was the new music style, which was good. The episode was great, and love the many jokes that you put in the script! The camera was also awesome.

But I still need to find out how Nate does that. 🙂

Does this mean smoothfewfilms is going to be making a new machinema like TLW in the next year?
